The Limes seeks to challenge social exclusion through providing opportunities for stimulating play and leisure activities for disabled and non-disabled children and young people in an accessible environment. In order to develop a child-centred provision, we encourage children and young people to participate in the decision making process and to shape the play opportunities available to them.

Get Involved
We are always looking for volunteers to help us out in the office and with our fundraising activities. Travel and lunch expenses will be reimbursed. Please give us a call for more info!
The Limes Centre is an amazing facility for disabled and non-disabled children and young people in Walthamstow. This exciting, innovative and FUN charity is looking to fill the following positions:
Play worker(s) - £8.47 ph – zero hours as and when contract
To support various groups at the Limes, including evenings, weekends and school holidays, as and when you are available. You will need to have worked with children or young people in a play / youth setting and be enthusiastic about promoting inclusion.
